Sarge is like some kind of magical helmet fairy...

You can easily finish a Fett costume in the time you alloted yourself, LiquiTed. It just depends on how much time you decide to put into it each week. I did mine start to finish in 6 months (and that was back when there was almost zero Boba costume information on the internet), but like others have upgraded parts since then.
