In all seriousness Eric, just another superb job. I said it last time, but in my mind, you have fine tuned your technique, to the point that you are simply one of the finest painters on this board. Fantastic my friend, and no doubt Mathias will be salivating at the thought of receiving that bad boy! :)

The helmet is away on its trip to Europe! Just got back from the post office
a little while ago.
 
I just received the helmet this afternoon and have put it on my shelf for display. I keep it on some of the cloth that it was wrapped in during shipping (nice touch Eric!), until I get a proper helmet stand. This helmet is absolutely gorgeous! :D

I sure am Rafal! But fortunately, I think that as long as Eric is accepting commissions and you have a little patience, anyone can be as lucky. :)
 
Whew! Glad it got there OK, Mathias. It arrived pretty fast!

When I ship finished helmets, I always wrap them in a layer of heavy
paper towels. That way, no foam peanuts or bubble wrap will touch
the helmet and risk getting stuck! (y)
 
Yeah, only 5 days, just like the post office told you. :)

In my experience, transatlantic shipping is very fast considering the distance to travel.
