I know the pic you're referring to:
It shows the jumpsuit as silver and also shows the armor and helmet colors as being the same. Hopefully we will see some new info about it.
Personally, I don't find this one single picture to be the Rosetta Stone of Fett colors.
This photo of Fett with Pantone color chips has been taken out of context if people are looking at it as the basis for a paint guide.
It's for licensing. They've picked out Pantone colors that approximate the costume, but they're likely FAR from accurate.
Somebody looked at a photo with a Pantone book in hand and picked those out. There's not much thought behind it.
That photo is at the end of the book in the merchandising/publicity section. The Pantone colors are a guide for licensees to know what color to make an action figure or paint Fett on a poster.
The original paint is Floquil as documented by in-progress photos of the actual costume.
Trying to follow Pantone colors would be futile.
Such simple Pantone color charts exist for all characters for use by the licensing department. I see them all the time.
They're fairly useless for prop guys like us, but good for Lucasfilm to keep the color of a character accurate on merchandise (t-shirts, umbrellas, pencil cases, bed sheets, etc). It's a worldwide color system.
Panzer olive green not available at testors or is it name Panzer olivgrun 1943?

I have the same question. I know the German word for Green is "grun", but I would love a veteran's verification - Panzer Olivgrun 1943 is the stuff we're looking for?

The RLM was a Floquil Pollyscale
Thats another issue with the list, there are acrylic and enamels mixed together on the same paintjob. Its doable but not ideal.
Are you aware of Archive-X? They have superbly recreated the Floquil colours and you can find many direct matches to the Fett colours.

I'll likely go with Humbrol on my first helmet (since I have a bunch), then Archive X.
Ideally I'd like to track down Pantone numbers so I can mix my own as well. I have a crap ton of One Shot Lettering enamels left over from my sign business that I'd like to mix up for various Prop projects.

The Archive-X list has some out of the jar matches for some colours, but for others a bit of custom mixing is needed.
