not sure where to post this but..

i am currently looking to buy a Hasbro boba fett helmet so i can do a mod but almost all the ones i see on ebay dont even have the antenna so does anyone know where id find a spare antenna or decent price on a complete helmet many thanks and god bless

some where in the 30 to 40 price range maybe admittedly im a novice so im just throwing a price out there btw thanks for any help

That will be 30-40 bucks for the Hasbro and then you have to figure in the other materials, there will be sand paper, bondo, sintra/plastic, and visor......etc. I would expect you will be in for about 100 bucks by the time you get done with the modifications. A lot of people will say that they got a Hasbro and modded it and only spent X on it........but most of the time they leave out the fact they spent many many hours and a bunch of other money on misc supplies.

You could buy a helmet kit in the 125-145 range and start off with a much better base. Of course you will still spend money on paint, and sand paper but in the long run I would imagine you would be happier.

that's exactly where i was going .. what mullreel said is right on.. remember that your time is money.. good luck have fun and hopefully you can find what your are looking for to start a project that you will enjoy .. i'd be glad to help in any way i can, but i'm pretty new to some of this as well
