Does your nose still touches the visor? I'm gonna try the same with my helmet I think.

Aww, I think I'll keep it the way it is now then. My helmet is already stacked with foam.

Same problem here ... my nose is on the visor, trooping a while with this is more than annoying ...
Nose is red after 30 minutes ... LOL
I hope someone will sooner or later bring out a helmet copy for "non-shrink-heads".
The orginal film used helmet is very small ... although if I look at the ESB-film ... the helmet seems to be bigger than the rotj one.

Just recently cast my sintra lid done from WOF templates and gave one to my mate for his Jango and he says that his nose is also on the visor!! I was thinking this shouldn't happen but It seems I was wrong
It's my understanding that Alan's templates were scaled to create a full size lid. Are there any makers out there that provide a bigger helmet than one done with WOF's templates?

I have a BM helmet and my nose hits. I put foam padding around the inside to push it forward but it still hits. You could always try some duct tape around your head to hold your nose down..... maybe not.
