I have the epoxy glue and the putty. I put my visor in the oven to curve it better. I have done all my research on this site,so now I will ask you all. How in the hell do I curve the middle of the visor, and how long does it stay in the oven? I put at 350 the middle was hard to bend and was afraid to brake it.I then tried to install the visor. The first and second attempt was the same outcome, the middle of the visor kept coming off the mandibles. But everything held,but the middle part didn't! Does the visor need to be trimmed,because it has alot of extra lens that you can cut. Info,secrets I just want to finish my helmet for the show in Plano, JB is gonna be Saturday @ 2:00. So my first helmet can be signed and I can start on my other one.

Well if your trying to get a perfect fit chances are you wont.
I glued screws in the helmet to hold my visor down . But I do have a little gap that you can see if you really look at it.

Hey bud, if your still haveing issues with it bring it to the con saturday, I will be there and can give you some pointers as well as Spidy and Darth Miller. We will all be there. With some helmets you may want to heat it up and carefully warp it, or you can also dremel or bodo to even out the space, but without seeing the helmet I couldnt say for sure!
