Full Size Helmet Interior

REX! It's good to see your still alive man!!! (y)

:cheers
Thanks bro!! It's been a long road, but it's finally getting waaay better!

Moved into a house that I'll be buying, 2000+ sq ft, wood and tile floors throughout, some custom features, outdoor tile in the backyard, low maintaince yard, built in gas bbq w/ two sets of two burners as well, it's really nice! 3 car garage, w/ the 3rd spot built into a room. Yes, that's where my 1/6th collection and props hang out! (or will, once I get it set up)

It took me awhile to get 22 years worth of "stuff" out of my old place, (to say the least) but it's just a good feeling now.

Got internet back up, got a really, really good job, kids are doing well, got a fantastic girlfriend still, loving life!

Looking forward to seeing you at DCon!

So is this a resurrected thread or a potential interest thread?

Marrow Sun can you let us know if there's any potential in this, a year and a half on?

Thanx

Just curious as to why you would never do them again... was it a bad experience?

Is there anyone else who makes an interior kit?

It wasn't a bad experience but I don't have the time or room anymore for making them up. I had to do them inside because you need a consistant temperature. That isn't an option anymore since my "play room" is the kids bedroom now.

No one else makes them as far as I know. I may go the route of lending or selling off the molds.

LOL, yeah I know the feeling, kids and Star Wars projects can be a volatile combination. There should be a temporary adoption agency for those "important" SW projects that come up from time to time ;)

I've looked at those Riddell helmets so many times and wished someone would produce a mould of the interior for full size buckets. Then I saw this thread, my heart skipped a beat with excitement and then I realised how old this thread was :cry

If you feel generous enough to lend the moulds or decide to sell them then I can guarantee the lender/new owner of the moulds that there would be some very interested Mandalorians around here.

I've got the kit in my helmet. Unfortunately for me, I lost one of the back of the head pieces at D*Con last year and can't replace it. :(
