Boba Fett? Boba Fett? Where!?!

Starting my helmet construction and wanted to document the process. Bought a helmet from Animefan and looks good.
Started to demel out the visor and some parts are thicker than others. Realized how this would effect the lens so I scooped more out. Smoothed out some of the creases from the molding as well. After this I filled the gaps with epoxy. Tomorrow I will sand it down, and primer. I got some good friends and great resources for painting as well. Looking forward to really getting my feet wet. Started the filler, sanding and primer. Some damage still shows through, but it's minor. My main concern right now is the slot will be uneven and leave gaps between the helmet and the lense. I may have to add some additional filler, but I haven't been able to find how thick the buffer should be. My main concern right now is the possibility that there may be gaps between the eye slot and the lense because of an uneven cast. We're just going to have to see.

To trim out the visor area correctly you need to use the dremel sanding drum and disc. You will need to thin out the back side a bit to get the correct thickness. There is a natural build up on the inside corner of resin casts. It only takes a few minutes with the sanding disc to get it all evened out correctly.

Well that doesn't work on this one for some reason. It's too tall and not wide enough. It's really askew. I have no idea how to image resize. I'm seriously lost on this project.
