I actually offered to finish painting and assembling his Poe Belt run! No response. Makes me wonder if he has the material to actually fulfill his orders for that run...

Rick stopped responding to me long ago and we were supposed to be friends. I suggest people that can do so to seek a way of getting their money back other than posting in this thread. He's not going to respond here.
Mind you I understand this thread is a heads up and a place to vent but it's a done deal so just file a case and litigate if you can.

Its a sad situation when a hobby turns into litigation, i got into this for fun and interest. I'm deeply disappointed. Ive never been ripped off in my life so far and who wud have guessed it wud be on a star wars hobby board. Its almost funny.
No wonder Disney is watching these hobby areas. I wud be too if my IP was being dragged thru the **** with this sort of criminal action.
There will be no more word from myself.

Sadly I don't think he is reading this... not sure what hes doing. Told me and a friend he'd ship a helmet on Monday and didn't....after saying he'd send it on Friday. No communication he doesn't care....

A sticky must be created to warn new crew of deceitful operators, if i knew what i know now ( and he was recommended by one of the Admin guys, so that sort of vetting would assure anyone) i would NEVER have engaged him. As much as the venting has helped peoples immediate awareness of this there needs to be a legacy set up to protect new (& existing) members. This site doesn't have any responsibility pertaining to commercial exchanges (nor should it) but it would be remise not to facilitate some sort of mechanism to protect members from known unscrupulous and deceitful vendors (existing and future).

Hunter930 there are a lot of people who are very upset at Rick for what has happened. This is 100% on Rick and his fault alone.
I'll hopefully have my knees back tomorrow, I'm also assuming not finished.

Copy that , the use of the word vent is not an err, i too as you know are owed , outside of this thread staying alive, as the other i believe was killed, a separate Sticky relating to this type of behaviour is needed as a precautionary means. Ive heard nothing re my lid, so the chances of me getting even my kit back is slim to none. good luck with the knees hope it sorts

Unfort no good news brutha, have sent texts via iPhone (as advised), with no response. that said Rick knows whats owed. End of the day I really would love to complete my build with Ricks great work, such a pity this has played out this way, i actually thought we were mates through this shared interest. But as the great Aussie Outlaw Ned Kelly said just prior to his hanging 'Such is Life". Cheeers for ur interest in my plight supa appreciate it.
