@Wasted Fett did you hear from Daniel, does he still have the gloves I gave him in Salt Lake? As for the second set of gloves I did for him, it was through either wasteland or ponte, I don't really remember, and it was so long ago that I must have have deleted the messages from that, can't find anything about it in my pm's.

Big thanks to Erv' at Plecter Labs for agreeing to donate one of his amazing BlasterCore sound and light boards for the EE-3. I can't wait to get started on it.

Greetings all, I decided to register here though I'm not a Fett guy. Well, not 100% as I still have a project called "build a better home cinema room door" that is in progress (HIC), that would be the opportunity to share it here at some point.

I just wanted to step here to say hi and confirm that I'm happily donating a board for that great project. Daniel Logan was such a cool person to meet at Cusset in 2009, for some reason he got attracted by my daughter he kept calling "california girl" and he played hide and seek with her for quite some time. My booth was right in front of him, great memories, and very kind, patient person.

I do happen to have one Blaster Core v5 left so I can ship that now (by the week end) before I produce a new run which is schedule but not in progress yet.

Thank you again, Erv`! Your boards are the best of the best, and Daniel will be lucky to have a Blaster Core in his EE-3. Here's to buttered toast!

For those unfamiliar with his electronics, here is a video of my HandSchaub bronze EE-3 with Erv's Blaster Core v4. Seriously top of the line sound board/LED driver for prop blasters.

fantastic job with this Blaster Core integration ! From the video I'd say also you're skilled guitar player, though playing the EE-3 in G major could sound weird to some people (not concerned, working in the contemporary music field) :)

I can offer a jetpack beacon as well if its needed. Once I get my kit runs going I will set some aside for this project.
As for the rangefinder, what model is it? (fph2 or something else) and is there a hollow stalk?
