I know that I should know the answer already...... but can anyone tell me what the symbol means on the right breastplate of boba fett

they are shafts of wheat...Fett is actually a farmer.

I've seen that logo(pretty similar at least) on signs around Chicago when I've been driiving on the highway. Haven't been able to read what it says, since I usually am driving too fast.

Fett means farmer in mando'a, I don't think he has actually had any time int the fleid. The symbol is fett's aliik (family , or clan symbol). A Mandolorian displays his aliik on the right side of his armor to show respect for his aliit (family). My paintball team uses Fett's Aliik as a branch patch (Starwars fan paintball team)
