If I did this correctly i have attached a picture of a momentary type switch, its on only when you hold down the button. I am looking to see if anyone knows if they make it in an on / off type and the name of the switch type pictured. Can any one assist with the info? :confused

It looks like a momentary push button. Are you looking for a push button that goes on and off? If so, you want a SPST push on/push off. Another name would be clicks on/clicks off. Or you can go with a toggle SPST. Hope this is what you are looking for.

It does to a degree, I have a pictue when I find an electronics store. I was hoping someone would know were I can get them online. or maybe a web site. I dont read electricese so my searches so far have been difficult to say the least.

This is address for a web site that has them. I am awaiting a response for the on off type. I am guessing that these switches will save some room inside our helmets and can be used in our props. I have practiced soldering this one a few times using a COLD HEAT solder gun and using .022 dia / 1.5 oz silver-bearing solder. I have very little soldering experiance so with a small bit of practice any of us should be able to do it as well. I will post some pictures of the tools shortly. I will post the correct switch when the information get into my hands.

Thanks Aaron I have seen those everywere but my plan is to mount my laser sight to my custom rifle without having to hold the button down and the switch I am trying to get is flush, so no drilling into anything maybe a drop of glue or your favorite adhesive!
