T's ESB Boba Fett Build

As a newbie to The Dented Helmet, the quality of your pictures, and your post-details are simply fantastic.
I'm roughly the same height/build as you and it's great to know I could look this good (maybe in a year from now, haha).
Thanks so much and congrats on a wonderful build.

Just a quick update and something to share with new Fetts. Shin tools. Many have fallen out or been lost by Fetts. Personally, I had them fall out or shift up due to walk. Just annoying. Now this has been long over due, but I secured them by using Velcro. Simply get industrial strength Velcro, still on the shin tools and onto the inner fabric of the jumpsuit pocket. Easy and helps your tools stay put. Hope it helps

Thank you for the magic of Velcro, in striving for a better and tighter fit. I noticed that the cod armor and back plate would shift and move around and would not exactly stay put on my waist area. In order to secure it, I bought a velcro inner belt that I could strap snug to my waist. It is similar to this and I purchased mine for $10.

With the velcro hook side up, I attached the opposite velcro to my cod piece and back plate and it attached to belt and stays put. Hope it helps if anyone is encountering a similar problem.

A update with the Velcro on the shin tools. It work perfect! No shifting or falling out. I actually don't bother to take them out after troops, they just sit inside the pocket until the next one.

Continuing with making constant improvements. Over the last few times suiting up. I was not happy that the girth belt started to flare or shift up during troops and just bothered me in photos.

So I decided to tackle that issues two ways. To prevent the flaring I purchased iron on patching. Basically the patches you use to fill holes on clothing. Once, I ironed it on, I used a bit of E6000 to help keep it from separating and help gives a non slip grip. Lastly I added a bit of Velcro on the center or the girth belt and cod piece to help keep it set. I can say after 2 troops it has done its job nicely.

I also gave the belt a bit of red touch up to match the visual reference better. I thought it had too much brown.
