Boots Toe spikes

TX-7365

Hunter
I posted this up in the cargo hold, but I guess I'll try here.
i just got my MOW boots in & I'm looking for a set of toe spikes that fit.
I have a set of spikes that I picked up a while back that are way to small,so if someone could point me in
the direction of who or where I cam find them. It would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

I've been hesitant to buy a set of spikes for my new MOW boots myself for this same reason. Does anyone have any info on this issue?

I got my toe spikes from JodoKast89 (machinecraft replicas) and they perfectly fit my MoW 2014 boots. I was told that they would fit MoW boots up to size 12. I assume the toe of the boot gets bigger at that point. If you're boots are bigger than size 12, I'm not sure where to point you.

Scratch that,I'm just being lazy,I'm going to make them.
thanks for the extra push!...lol
I keep forgetting that I/ we are builders.

Here was my answer to toe spikes for my 2014 MOW boots....I made these from stock aluminum & aluminum dowls.
I also did the weathering.

Thanks guys,I'm always hesitant to post pics because everyone's Fett looks killer to me...so it means a lot.
Negative,I uses stock 1/8 aluminum & took the aluminum dowel to a 4" grinding wheel then smoothed it out on my
vertical belt sander with a fine belt.

Oh & they are attached with screws from the back....I put a tap & die to them.

Those turned out great. Nice weathering as well. I have a set of spikes myself that I need to mount on some MOW 2014. Do you drill a pilot hole and slap in some glue when you attach them to the boots? I'm just curious if the rubber gets loose on you after awhile?

I did drill a small hole first, they fit super tight. I figure if they start to loosen up, I will
put a dab of JB weld in the hole or some E600 on the screw. But definatly make sure tou
lock tight the spikes.
