tjr2d2's "Gotta Start Somewhere!" ESB Build

hey man, if you need someone to talk to, we'll all be here! you can also pm me if anything, please! I lost a band member last year to depression. Came out of nowhere. I still feel the effects of that whole situation everyday. I didn't know my friend was like that until it was too late. Fortunately, this hobby keeps me sane and happy at the same time.

More people suffer depression than let on, so feel free to reach out to your Fett friends. Take whatever time you need, knowing we'll be here when you get back.

Greetings All. I am happy to report that all is going well as of late. Been feeling pretty good for the last week and was actually able to muster enough motivation to work on my ESB armor a bit. I was able to get the shoulders; knees, chest pieces, center diamond, neck piece, abdominal piece, and the back plate. Not too bad if I say so.
I hope you all are doing well. Until next time. Be Well My Friends!

Nice progress... that's quite a lot actually. Did you use a template or tutorial for the back armor damage? I'd be interested in what you used for reference, since I recently made my back armor but haven't added any damage. Thanks!

I mainly used the rafalfett paint templates for reference on the backplate. I also kinda went by eye on most of the back armor since there is not much damage on it to begin with.

Greetings all. It has been quite a while, but I am happy to report that with the tremendous help from a friend here in the local area that is IMO a master costume builder, we have been able to make quite a bit of progress with my build.
It was not too long ago that I hit a huge wall and thought for a minute that I would NEVER get this kit done. It was this moment where I decided to reach out for some help and my prayers were answered. I cannot, ever, EVER thank my friend enough for all his help, he requested to remain anonymous and that no pictures be taken along the way. So with that I have honored his request and therefore have nothing to share, BUT...in the next few weeks I hope to share with you all the "finished" product. (Are they ever really finished?!)
so with that, thank you all for your patience and understanding and I will talk to you all again real soon.
until next time, Be well my friends!

Greetings All. It has been a wicked long time, but my kit is Finally finished! Still a few things to tweek here and there, but ultimately I am happy with the results of this "Soul Sucking" process and I look forward to it's first troop coming up as it will hopefully be approved soon. Special Thanks to all who have supported and encouraged me throughout this whole process! Until next time, be well my friends!

Yes, That is correct. If you are doing an ESB bucket I would also recommend asking Razio Fett aka Alex from Lanecreativestudios (facebook), what he uses. He is cool as heck and may recommend something different/easier.
Good luck to you and please feel free to ask if you have any ESB questions. I would be happy to help.
