Flight Suit Size question after JB specs

Hi there,

at the moment i try to get all the parts together for a ROTJ SE display. I dont troop myself but just want a movie accurate display. Biggest challenge at the moment is to get an accurate sized suit and a mannequin for it. I contacted Carol for this suit but i cant provide any of the measurements cause i dont have the right measurements. I was told that JB was 5'10" in height and 145-150 pounds in weight during the filming. Does anyone of the cracks here have the accurate body measurements or is even of an equal build and could provide measurements for my order? It would be a great help.

Do you already have a mannequin? I suggest buying a fiberglass mannequin to be able to measure first before contacting Carol.

No mannequin to date. Ebay Mannequins dont work because their frame is too athletical for JB size. So i would prefer to have an accurate sized suit and build the mannequin then. I just a guy who has the same built as JB or someone who knows his measurements.

I just bought this mannequin and got it on Friday. I was going for an accurate representation of my height 5'9" which it does pretty well. I was worried about how the legs of the FS would look on the mannequin, but it actually came out perfect and "lanky" much like Jeremy. I can take a couple of pics later. Obviously it is a bit shorter than JB, but with the boots and helmet it is at 6'.

Thanks mate. Pics would be helpfull for sure. Any info is appreciated. 5'8" is great for a mannequin. Just to add one inch is no problem if the frame is right. Sadly i'm from Germany and dont have success to such a mannequin.

Bulloch never wore the SE costume. Why don't you do straight up ROTJ if you want that look?

Sorry, messy room, and WIP Boba, but here is the mannequin. The arms are kinda push down and in to hide my lack of gaunts. Also, terrible room lighting.

Thats lookin nice so far...especially regarding the fact that you would just give him one inch in height and making posable hands. Everything else seems to be correct. To bad there arent such mannequin offers here in GErmany.

I know it was Don Bies and someone else and they had both some kilos more on their rips but i think Boba looks the best with this kind of body frame and i would be able to switch from ROTJ SE to ROTJ or ESB without changing the mannequin. The differences between SE and Jedi are just a few parts.

Cool. Just curious. For me, Bulloch is the only one. Your measurements of 5'10", 150 lbs are about right as far as I know.

Jepp, for me too So i just need measurements from someone with this specs and i could place my order for a suit from Carol.
