 while bending my sintra it cracked.
what do you use to repair it? super glue, 2 part epoxy?, help.
i will need to sand and paint this afterwards for a smooth finish so what every it is, will need to hold up for durability and be able to be sanded and painted. please no short cuts that will fail later after costume is complete
thank you all in advance.

If it's just cracked, CA (Super) glue will probably help put it back together. If there is any gap bigger than what sandable primer will fill, you'll need to put Bondo or modeling putty over than and sand it down until it seamlessly covers the crack.

In theory, you won't be bending the piece again after it's shaped. What, specifically, did you crack?

Typically when a piece of sintra cracks its getting brittle, and its going to keep happening. Sintra once heated and formed becomes weaker, because the 'cells' are 'deformed'. Its actually best to redo the piece.

If you didnt make it or dont have the skills, at the least, glue something behind it.

Yeah, I was fitting my neck armor piece last night and there was a little crack in ti. I accidentally dropped it and the piece broke in two. A nice, fitting clean break so I used CA and sanded off the excess once it was dry. Good as new.
