SFP 2nd run list. *LIST CLOSED* UPDATE 12/29 Important

Got mine too. The legs are a little short ... taking out the hem should work. And the neck is too tight but that gets covered up. Other than that is is really nice!

My Jango suit fits just the same except it's way too dark blue. any suggestions on lightening it up?

Thanks Predatormv for all you've done to help us!!

Oh no!
I am really bummed now!
Reason.... Now that I have this masterful work of art, I really want to finish before the con!
THat means NO SLEEP!
Ugh!
LOL
THanks for getting it here! It is only going to take minimal modifications

I am still waiting to hear about the custom sizes.

Just to let everyone know, I asked Anton about the shin tool pockets and if he could fix them to fit the tools. He informed me they have been fixed. So good news, your shin tools will fit with no extra sewing!

got mine today. i thank predatormv for doing this.

there is no way in hell that my darth flan shin tools are going to fit. cant even get them started to get them in. and my tool pouches are way way to low. easy to move up, but no easy to make bigger (how would i go about that)

other then that i am happy with it.

by the way predatormv how much tape did you waste when sending these?

Good I am glad everyone is getting them and at least mildly happy with them. Moncal try using some bleach and rit color remover, it might take the color out a little.

Well, shoot. I need to get in touch with Anton. It is a tad bit too small. It gives me a monster snuggy and it separates things that shouldn't be ;) . But I still like it. These things happen. No big deal.

Thanks again Pred for doing this.

and happen, and happen , and happen

Again with the negative comments, I am positive the mods asked everyone to keep that off the public boards. If you have an issue with SFP take it up with them, stop dragging everyone else down.

Just to clairify, my above post was not directed at Laan, since he was in on this run and has the right to post comments on it. My post was directed at the people that feel the need to post a negetive comment everything someone mentions anything that isn't perfect. Sorry for the confusion Laan. People on this run that have problems with their jumpsuit, feel free to post them here or shoot me a PM and I will see what I can do for you.

Well, I didn't check my shin tools earlier. They won't fit. I took the stitching out and the fatter ones will fit if I cram them in there but that doesn't leave room for a new stitch. I'll have to cut up the extra belt pouches and make new pockets for the tools.

damn reruns, dude you have your dates so messed up it is not even funny, this is the second run of a mass order. i was in the first run and everyone in that run including myself received their suit by halloween. if my math is correct the 2nd run took about the same time to get here as the first. i myself and i believe others wanted a suit that after a few minor alterations would have a pretty accurate suit. if i remember right you only joined this board a little over a month before the first run so it really wasnt your place to blast the run back then as it is now. Basically it almost came down then that we were all stupid for paying $100 for a suit and you were getting off on the idea we werent gonna ever receive, then spammed every thread on this board that you were gonna make a white fett suit (which is not boba fett), how it was gonna be better than everyone elses, how boba fett sucked compared to the original fett, and how you made your suit for $27 (which looks like a $27 suit). Pull up all your old posts and read, and read, and read, and read and read, im not exagerating, you are so pushy that you almost cleared 300 posts in 2 months, hell it took me a year to hit 100.
you werent around for the boot run but could only imagine what that would have been like. "hey you are all stupid for paying that much for accurate boots with toespikes, heck i went down to the local grocery store and bought some $3.99 white bo-bo shoes on the mercantile aisle, they're great". your as pushy as an east indian used car salesman, why do you even care about this, your not ata a loss, do you want bragging rights that someone used your idea to make a suit that is 7 sizes to baggy, please just give it a rest
Now i make need to go make some gloves, my last piece for my costume, guess i will head down to the mercantile aisle.

Sorry mods, i put up with this guy for months over the same subject and dont feel like hearing it all over again, word for word as im sure others feel the same.

agreed. I know I felt the heat...and how dare I mention alternatives to waiting 7 months for paid-for items that may fit or may be even correct.

It is not really about the issue of the tardy delivery, errors in handling (or fault of 3rd party distributors) any longer, but the odd acceptance of these circumstances by so many, and the protective behaviors towards those at fault...and ridicule to the ones (or one) who question this...situation.

Here are some possible remarks after I am tired of remarking about this..."Hey thanks for the update, the suit is only half a year late after I bought it - thanks for doing me that favor, and you saved me $9.00, I am not sore that I missed Halloween in 2004...but I can't wait to get it...do you need my address again? My size? Celebration 3 is 7 days away. I am glad I was strategic."

Yep...I feel stressed, and I did not even pay for one of these.

Thanks for the update and goodnight.

Oh well, I guess you are correct in some areas, but you are the only one razing me about it here now. You seem defensive. Why? Criticism is unacceptable for you to listen to? As I read, several in this run have issues...and only so far "One" is perfect.

And you are mincing words...how petty. I will not address here because I have no time to respond to a hot-head like you. Apologies to the mods, but I had to respond to this.

Regards,

John

True dat!

Got my ESB blue Fett suit in today...and I have to say I'm really pleased. The legs are a little long but a little hemming and stitch work will take care of that. I'm sure I'll also have to redo tool pockets, but again, just a little stitch work:D.

I was most impressed with the dead on color and the double zippers in the front.
I'm looking forward to getting my costume finally ready for the opening of Ep. III . Thanks Predatormv for doing this for us...nice of you to act as the go between guy! Keep us posted on the belt pouch situation.

Received mine today as well. Arms and legs need a little taken off, but I knew that would have to be done. I love the color, and details.
Thanks Predatormv for heading this.

Well, as I said earlier, I would put an end to this if it did continue and I am. This thread is now locked. If you have any comments or questions concerning your jumpsuit, please pm predatormv. Thank you.
