ROTJ / SE Girth Belt?

Hey all!!
So I ordered a belt from horseloverz.com....but I'm a bit wary about it turning out good with the coloring, so I'm just putting out feelers to see if anyone could suggest a great place to get an accurate girthbelt quickly in case my attempt fails miserably. ;)

Thanks!!

J

I bought their mohair girthbelt last year. I used brown Rit dye with hot water and salt added (as per the recommedation on the box). Then I stretched it out end to end on a wooden board using screws so it could dry for a day. Look a some other threads here to see how others belts were stretched out. This worked for me.

I'm doing an ESB Fett so brown was good for me. I'd wait for more responses on what color dye to use for ROTJ/ SE. Good Luck!

I had to use Wine and scarlet RIT dye on mine. I did it three times to get it to take. The last time I let it sit in the dye for two days then dried it in the sun for two more without rinsing it out. What a headache...

Jeez! lol
That's why I'm really looking to find someone that sources them out or has one available. I KNOW it's going to be a big hassle to get it done right and I don't want to have it not work out, have it run or rub and risk ruining my beautiful Bobamaker suit! :(

Anyone try this yet? http://www.simplyspray.com/simplyspray.html
Looks promising....
