New member on the path of bounty hunter

I chose ESB because it was the first movie he was originally in, i thought it would be easier. It isn't both are very difficult. There are several makers here that are fantastic most people use Arkady for the Flight suit and vest. Cyberpyrot (spelling) is doing a cool job with aluminum armor. The helmets I would suggest looking around as there are a few choices tommyboy is another not mentioned above. If you go to the cargo hold and look for threads that have like 5 pages or more they are normally someone that makes parts. Shapeways is great you can get stuff designed by RafalFett or toolguy.

Those are my suggestion. I am a scratch builder but the members above have put forward great products from what I have seen. Edit: Yes the two vendors you listed are good places to start

Check the costume references on the 501st page, it out lines all the requirements for your build to be approved, once you think you've got it you'll submit your pics to your local or area garrison commander and they'll let you know if anything needs tweaking to finish the approval process.
