The measurements of Boba Fett's Jetpack...

I'm looking for the exact (or close to) measurements of Boba Fett's Jet Pack.

I posted over at the RPF Replica Prop Forum
and this was one of the responses:

I believe the way the "laser" measurements worked was a series of laser pointers were placed on a ruler and positioned at the zero point, 1 at the 1" mark, and another at the 3" mark. The dots were then lined up against the suit that was inside a glass case and a picture taken. I don't think any specific measurements were recorded, but one was supposed to be able to use the photos of the red dots to make scale references.

Anyone have the Photo?

It's exactly what I'm looking for.

Here are some measurements I have.

No problem. I was having trouble making my jet pack the right size so I decided to figure out the correct demotions. If any one has any suggestions on what to change let me know.

For anyone that's interested, and I believe there was a thread regarding the most accurate JP out there. Those are the measurements (minus the rocket) of the GA. I can't say about the others, as the GA's the one I have.

Here is a link to the thread about the GA Rocketpack:

After checking out the site: http://www.goldenarmor.com/bbfat/bbfat_j.htm the jet pack looks okay, but something looks off to me, the scale, the details, I don't know what it is, anyone else's thoughts?

This was interesting "He was banned from RPF because several of his products was recasted from other peoples work".

I never buy from recasters.

I've been looking for this. I needed a reference for scaling a jetpack for my 8 year old son's Halloween costume. Thanks.
The jetpack templates are for a 15" wide jetpack, which is a little small. A jetpack thatvis 16.5"-17" will look better on a 6'1"-6'2" person. Scale down from there accordingly.

I took some measurements on him. hat I've done in the past is scale things up to someone my height, 6'4", and then scale down according to his height. So far it's worked. I'll have to scale it, print out a ful scale front view and have him lay down on it to be sure I've got it scaled to a good proportion for him. It worked well for Fett's blaster. Scaled it down 25% from full size and it fits him perfectly.
