UPDATE * 7/30/13
I am no longer taking new commissions.

Thanks
Debbi

Hello Everyone,
As you know, I have made and continue to make the soft parts for Boba Fett, ROTJ, ESB, and Pre-Pro versions. For now, I will post a picture of one my my most recent commissions.
In these pictures the Flightsuit, Flak Vest, Neckseal, Soft belt pouches, and spats are the parts that I have created. THIS CAPE IN THE PICTURE IS NOT MADE BY ME.

This is IrishFett in the picture below.
:) Thanks for the awesome pics Lance!

The flightsuit has all screen accurate details including the double sleeve, seam detail that runs horizontally in center front and center back of all 4 sleeves, thigh pockets, shin tool pockets. For comfort, I also add the following features which are not seen, but make the suit more comfortable to wear; An action back sleeve, which is a feature to allow more comfort in back shoulder movement, adjustable elastic inner waistband/belt, two way zipper, and more. I can add the hose holes in the back of the sleeves upon request, for no additional charge. This is $225 which includes free shipping in the U.S.

The flak vest is made of the most screen accurate material available, Greyish color tackle twill. In my years of sewing for the Fett's, I have found only one supplier for this most accurate material, in the proper color. This is not available for purchase by the yard, I purchase this material by the roll in bulk, and I have a regular supply on hand. :) This is $95, also with free shipping in the U.S.

The neckseal is made of the same material as the flak vest. I can attach it to the flightsuit, or I can make it as a separate piece, with a dickie. This is $45.00 with the same free shipping.

The cloth belt pouches for ESB version are made of the same material as the flightsuit. The pouches are different sizes and the flaps slant in the same direction. For ROTJ, the pouches are the same size and the flaps mirror each other. I offer these for $45.

I am now also offering the cape. I do need to mention again THE CAPE IN THE PICTURE ABOVE IS NOT MINE. I do not have pictures at this time. I can make this for either ROTJ or for ESB, unweathered for $45.

The spats, which are needed for ROTJ version are $15. They have a velcro closure.

Other payment details:
At this time, my current turnaround time is about 5 months from the first payment. I am now offering payments, 50% with the order, and the balance when it is ready to ship. I do need to add sales tax if you are in California.

If you have any questions, or would like more details, etc... I would prefer contact via email. My email address is debbi@ladysewforus.com
I do also have a website, check it out.... LadySewforus

Thanks for looking!
Debbi

Can you start making an ESB cape? I love mine, but the fabric is so stiff it doesn't flow right.

Did you read her post? It clearly says she does both ROTJ and ESB capes now

***, jeez, I missed a line. I am just asking for a picture of the ESB since all she shows is the ROTJ.

I'm not hassling Lady...I have been a great customer of hers and even sent business her way. I am also a good member of this forum, never fighting or being a "donkey", so get off me.

Hey.. Hey... Hey...

I would like to introduce SisterSewForUs... My sister Darlene.... She made her first Boba Vest and neckseal... Here is a pic below.
Just to let all of you know.... Darlene is helping me with my sewing. I am completely in the Quality Control for everything that goes out. This is not outsourcing, strictly all in the family. Darlene learned the trade, just as I did, at the right hand of our Amazing Mother.

With her help, I should be able to get caught up with my commissions that are behind. And the plan in time is that I/we will be able to kick out even more costumes.
I am SEW proud of her... Check it out..........

I just wanted to put my 2 cents (with a refund) about LSFU quality. She does amazing work and there are no shortcuts. As she always states, she makes them as if they were her own. She means it. I had an issue with my flightsuit (I didn't measure right) and she was able to work it in and alter in and back to me within a week. She is great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

Hello all,

I have my LSFU flight suit, vest and various other soft parts now, so my build can get back on track. Debbi's work is nice. I will say there were a couple of measurements that are out (some quite a bit) but Debbi offered to sort these out. Unfortunately, as it took 8 months for the flight suit to get to me in the first place, I hope you will all understand that I have chosen to adjust what I can myself rather than risk another lengthy delay in finishing my costume.

I know what can happen in here, one dissenter makes a post and everybody jumps down their throat to defend the seller but please, understand I am happy with most of Debbi's work and certainly her price. I do however think it should be ok to post relevant and honest information in these threads. If we are only going to report how fantastic everything is everywhere, why bother opening up a thread, right?

So thanks again Debbi, I hope you get your backlog sorted soon.

Hello Everyone... Just a Bump, rather than making a new thread. It's been a while since I have checked in here.

I am still offering these Boba Fett costume pieces. Please send an email to debbi@ladysewforus.com if interested, or if you just have questions.

Thanks!

Debbi
