How perfect do you make your parts?

Yeah, for any other suit, it could be considered weathering or battle damage, but the Super Trooper needs to be as shiny and clean as possible.
 
I have it about halfway sanded and had to take a break to sand the plaster walls in my 75 yr old house which is prob worse since nothing on the walls is level lol
