help me with my cape

got a half tent today for my rotj fett . how / where do i cut it ? looks like it would make 2 capes if i cut off the 2 ends then cut the seem in the middle . what should the dimensions be ? any help would be appreciated . i thought i found a thread on it a while back but can't find it now.
