BTW kudos on post #64. If you had used the word poop one more time I would have had a heart attack I was laughing so hard. Absolutly no offense meant at all it was just really funny so I commend your use of the word poop instead of the word you wanted to use.

I feel for your situation and the money you are out and hope you get the resolution you are seeking.

Its Clark Kent :) That was the guy down the street , in the video why do you think their are gaps when showing the 3 parts I had to tell him what to say . His acc. will remain on hold until I get the resolution I WANT . I cant use the word I want it will be removed ( 2 words 1st starts with F and ends in G 2nd starts with S and ends it T ) ****ing **** is the words . See It was blocked lol

Evidently, unless he's using a fake name with PayPal, which could be construed as falsifying identification and wire fraud by using a fake name, his name is Charlie Brown.

LOL do you believe everything you see . But I did have his account placed on hold just like I told him I would . I just gave PP the info .Its up to them if one is placed on hold . I was told that they tryed to contact him 7 x's w/o a email back . O and its not even Gabs PP account its some other guy's .
 
I kin of feel like my thread is being diverted from it's original purpose and taken down the toilet. I'm always happy to see people add there experiences for the good of the community. The recent line seems to have taken a distinctly personal route. Understandable, but regrettable.

I purchased the complete Boba Fett costume from evolutions on ebay in August of 2009. I NEVER received it! He let the 45 days pass and I was unable to file a paypal claim. I wrote Gabe several emails and then he emailed me fake tracking numbers. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS, INCLUDING THE SHIN TOOLS. Gabe sent fake tracking numbers, and buying from him was a costly mistake. Gabe where are my items? Where is the jetpack? the gauntlets? Armor? what about the fake tracking numbers Gabe? What about the 1600 dollars you kept? It has been over a year......I don't have any items from this guy. BUYERS BEWARE!

PM's are good for communication but I feel that the entire TDH community should be aware of what type of vendor you are Gabe. I wish I had read these reviews before ever considering buying anything from you. You should be ashamed of yourself. The way you conduct business is unethical. I thought I was the only one that had complaints about evolutions. I see I am not alone. I purchased dozens of items from members here. I've never had a problem with any of them. The quality of their products and their customer service is second to none. Unfortunately, Gabe ripped me off, along with several other members. I'm out $1600 dollars guys. Gabe, where is my flightsuit, gloves, gauntlets, jetpack, armor? The fake tracking numbers you sent me show no record of the item. GABE RIPPED ME OFF! EVOLUTIONS BELONGS IN THE SAME CATEGORY AS STARFORTRESSPRODUCTIONS.
 
Ok im back in the USA now and after looking @ all my emails I don't have a one from Gabe saying he will sent me my money back . Whats wrong Gabe ? Don't you fell like poop ( their is that word again :) ) for stealing me money from me . I take it your a spine less POS then . I will again get a hold of PP just to make your life hell until you give me back my money so I can send you your POS parts back to you . Be a man if you can Gabe and fix this .

which you apparently ignore. Read this thread people HAVE contacted you and you simply ignore them when they want their money back. Face it you might as well team with SFP as stated, you are the same.
 
You still need to call PP just like I did . You cant get your $ back but EVERY call to PP will get him shut down with them . Also if you used a Visa , MC , AMX call them and file stuff with them to . If it a debit card call your bank and also still call Visa , MC , AMX to . Do NOT GIVE UP . make the calls and then NO CC co. will let the charge go through to him . I have 5 diff FRAUD complaints with him all over and keep on top of it to . Yes it is some work but WE CAN SHUT HIM DOWN for good .

I'm almost ready to put a bounty on him .lets say for FUN $5000 + expenses ( keep receipts ) for any one that can bring Gabe to me . I don't give a poop :) how but bring him before me . Its just for fun now or is it :)
 
hey snoopytrooper, i just have to ask...and this doesnt mean i am on EVO's side, but you showed a video of some of the armor you got from Gabe, yes? well, in the 2 posts above, you just said you didnt receive armor from him...?? what's up? what was that armor in the video? just seeing an inconsistency here with your claim brother...:) thought i would point that out...i am not taking sides, just reading your posts and letting you know...(y)
