Ok! I've been meaning to post pics of this for a few weeks now but I got sidetracked building up my bucket, as you do.
Anyway. I'd always fancied having a bash at building the ESB blaster as I think it looks so much better than the ROTJ version (don't mean to upset anyone). However I don't have access to tools, a workshop or much else come to think of it, but one thing I can get hold of here is sintra. So armed with a couple of sheets of 1mm and 2mm thickness and a craft knife, I set about this project.
Yes I know it's not really screen accurate as I have altered one or two things just because I didn't think they looked right and secondly because I had to make do with what I had.

The only parts that are not sintra is the stock and the grip. The grip is made of modeling putty and the stock is made from some wood packing that came with my new wardrobe and which I carved with a craft knife and hand sanded to shape, a real ballache of a job if ever there was one.
For some reason the camera flash is bringing out the rust a bit too much and without it you can't see it However there you go. Overall I'm pretty pleased with it but I will be upgrading to a aluminum D bracket when I can track down a source for the metal.
Let me know what you think of her guys.

Wow this is really impressive. I'd be curious to see a break-down of how the whole thing is put together. Is this made from WOF's blueprints? Is the scope made from sintra too? The scope mounting rings? How do you get it to stay together? Glue? JB weld? And how much does it weigh?

    Thanks for the comments.
Actually this was done without WOF's blueprints as I didn't know such a thing existed at the time. All the visual info was gathered from this site and I ad libbed the bits I couldn't get visuals for. The scope is also made from sintra as well as all the little hex bolts under the scope mounts. There was one error and that is I forgot to mention that the scope mounting rings are jubilee clips from a hardware store.
Everything stays together with superglue. With the exception of the D bracket which is screwed to the stock and grip. As for the wieght of the thing. It's actually quite a beast considering it is sintra, but the wood stock no doubt is the cause of that.
I hope that answers your questions. Feel free to ask anything else.
