ESB armor to ROTJ?

Hello TDH,

Newbie here on BH's..

I recently acquired an ESB Fettpride V3 armor for an obscene:wacko price from a friend.

I have a question though.. I want to bulid an ROTJ-SE version for my Boba..

Will it be possible to convert or paint my ESB armor to ROTJ scheme without any Major hiccups?

Thanks very much for the help! I'm learning a lot here on TDH and hope to see you guys here more often!

Luis

Hello Luis,

I may be wrong, but I think that the only difference is the size of the dent on the right shoulder. Anyway, I think that that won't be noticeable if you want it cleared for the 501st standards. However... why would you want to turn the BEST Boba paint scheme (aka ESB) to a clownish multicolored ROTJ-SE? :p

You'd also want to make sure the dent on the backplate was not filled in (as it is in ESB). Is the armor already painted? That wasn't exactly clear from original post....

Thanks for the replies!

The kit is still unpainted by the way. Though i do love the paint dents on ESB, I still like the ROTJ paint scheme overall. I also like the ESB helmet, so I guess i'll do the ROTJ-SE ;-)

Another question sirs, I have a Sgt Fang helmet that came with my friends FP armor, where can i find ears,RF,and a RF stalk that i can use? I've heard that not all ears fit all helmets..

Really excited on build and hope to get a lot of help from TDH!

Thanks!

Ummmmm shoot I have a fang as well here and the ears are close to a FP, I have an Asok RF stalk and it works really well and is metal...also a asok RF topper on it

I'll try and PM FP and see if he can sell me just the ears and RF parts...

Any more options? Btw, what is asok? Thanks!
