In-Costume Damage?

Had my first incident while working on my RotJ. I got a 1" tear in the sleeve of my jumpsuit near the elbow. Gonna have it sewn shut. It'll be partially covered by my gauntlet, but man...my heart broke when it happened. I guess it'll just be considered "weathering". :cry

Any of you guys have any incidents of damage to your BF armor while in-costume?

I had some knee slits in my Jango flightsuit that were in the wrong place. I had to repair them and move the slits.

It was very dishearting.

Lifted my leg up too high once while in my flight suit and the crotch tore. Sewed it right back up, so you can hardly tell it happened, even when looking for it.

Also, the stalk on my Don Post helmet snapped, and I ended up having to epoxy it in place. I'll see how it holds up the next time I troop.

Then, the flamethrower broke off my gauntlet when it caught the edge of a table while I was in a bar... I don't seem to have very good luck with this. :D

I currently have a ripped sleeve that I call authentic battle damage. I would sew it up but then I took an arrow to the knee.
