A Classic Revisited; My Spidey2222 EE-3

Halo 1

Well-Known Hunter
Hi Hunters,

Haven't seen any around for ages so i thought I'd put up some pics of mine. Got this from the Webslinger himself a long time back and been with me ever since. You could say that it's the start, and my first Fettgear acquisition, of my Fett build. 8)

Resin cast of a Webley base gun, PVC pipe for the main barrel, resin greeblies, resin fins and T-Fins [I used the real rubber ones from Blastech instead. :)], resin grips [damaged mine and bought real world Webley Grips instead as well.], machined aluminum stock bracket and a real wood stock. Scope was gotten off Ebay and works! In all, a sweet kit.

Hunters, I kid you not but this EE-3 weighs some, but gives, IMHO, a nice heft and feeling to it.

That said, enjoy the pics...and stay safe, :cheers

Tim.

Nice!!!
I have a Spidey2222 ROTJ blaster myself. :) Mine's the "stock" kit though, painted by Micke.
Definitely one of my favorite pieces!

I commend you for your drive to put as many "real" parts on it as possible.
:cheers

Totally awesome.

Nice one there, Tim. I have one of those myself. Though it must have been an earlier version b/c it doesn't have the hammer.

I've got this blaster as well. Mine it seems was a bit more difficult, because my resin webley was a bit off center when molded. It took a lot of bondo and sanding on my part to get the two halves to join up properly. It is a great looking blaster if completed well though.

I found my old pictures. I made the stock out of wood, and the scope is a Tasco from Wal*Mart. I still need the bomb racks and a hammer. Oh yeah and a metal stock bracket.
