I've seen the chest decal color I'm green and in blue. Which is the correct color?

blue. Should be a dark blue like navy blue or similar.

That's what I thought. Where does the green symbol come from?

Honestly...im not sure. Ive seen it on patches mostly...and the logo up on the header for the "10yrs" is also like that. Im guessing the green is just a "boba" color so when its not on the armor they use the green...just a hunch, but i really have no idea lol

I spraypainted mine, and used Rusto's Midnight Blue.
