Bobamaker???

New Hunter
Hey guys. First post on this forum as I have just now joined. I was just wondering how many people have any of Bobamakers stuff on here? I ordered an entire ROTJ Boba from him in December so that I would have it for C6 & DragonCon this year. I was just wanting to hear any comments (positive or negative) to prepare myself for my delivery in July. Thanks for any feedback...TK7684

Bobamaker is one of the top Boba gear go to guys, usually caters to the European/ British crowd, but definitely makes top notch stuff.

Yeah, Bobamaker is 100% recomended, but bear in mind that his work schedule is full with orders, and that means that it might take some time for him to get your stuff done. And, his injury on his Kung Fu training is making things worse, as he can't stand much on a broken leg.

Still, everything he does is absolutely great, and worth the wait and money.

Kung fu training? Why would he need to do that, he makes fett armor, people should tremble in fear when he approaches them. Anyway hope he heals up and gets back to making awesome armor. As soon as I get some cash I'm probably going to order from him (since FP won't answer any pms or emails).

Yep; bobamaker: Injury

Hope he heals fast. I have a torn ligament on my ankle, and after a month that has not fully healed.

Oh, I forgot to mention, Daz does sell individual parts from his work. I needed some greeblies and detail parts on my gauntlets, and he made them to me, I only needed to glue them in place and paint them. Pm him if you need individual parts, rocket, etc..

Yeah, I ordered my costume and put the down payment down in December. He told me a week ago it would be complete by the end of July and I am looking forward to its debut during Celebration 6 in Orlando.....Very Excited!!! 100% bobamaker ROTJ Boba from head to toe.

Be sure that you reinforce the knees with an aluminum/metal band. I would also suggest that you reinforce or do something with the inserts for the jetpack thrusters and rockets. I would also suggest that you do some work on the harness for the pack. Atleast safety pins in the webbing to stop them from slipping.

I've got a suit of Bobamaker armour, I love it. I'd suggest a BFUK material harness, and maybe adding hindges to your gauntlets.

... oh and tailoring your flak jacket, mine was a little baggy at the bottom, so I had it altered to be more fitted

Thanks for all the responses guys.... I am REALLY looking forward to its arrival! I will be at C6 with it on proudly. DAZ says end of July delivery....

Absolutly worth its money !!!! If I wouldn´t had to sell my armor, wich I got about 90 percent from Daz, I would still keep updating my suit with his latest additions !!! You just cant go wrong with his pieces, he is a great armor crafter :)
