Hello from the middle of Illinois. I'm a martial artist, substitute teacher, part time woodworker, and a stay at home dad. I'm a lifelong Star Wars nut and am imparting that love to my 8 year old son. He's dressed up as Han Solo and a FO storrmtrooper that last two years for Halloween. So I've got some prop making experience under my belt with the help of a fellow martial art student and 501st legion member (A Jedi) who does EXCELLENT work. This year he says he wants to be Boba Fett. So I agreed with the stipulation he helps build the costume. I've been looking through the forum for tips and tricks and decided to sign on for all the excellent help and work I see here. If I pull of his Fett on a budget build maybe I'll go all in and build myself one.
