ESB Fett sidearm holster question?

Greetings. I have a question for you all!
The holster for my ESB Fett sidearm has some dry rot damage on the loop that holds it onto the ammo belt. It's just the standard strap material they use. I just don't know what that rubber stuff is. Anyone know where I can get some new to replace??
Please let me know as soon as possible.

Kinda looks like part of a serpentine belt but without the sharp ribs???

i bought one of these in black and cut it up. they look exactly the same

i have an extra strap left over from one of Stormrider's Nemrod holster kits. i'll find it when i get home.
