Want a clone armor

Hi guys ! I'm new on this forum.
I'm here to ask to you where I can find a good clone armor to buy or how to build it (I don't know many thing on building a clone armor)

Few years ago on this forum people said that StarFortress was not good and it will be a mistake to buy here.
What about now ? It is always the same ? or it is good stuff now ?
