Custom 3d Printed helmet

New Hunter
Hi guys! New to the forum. I'm planning on going as Jango Fett and my 2 year old as Boba Fett for Halloween this year so I'm costume prepping already! I recently got a 3d printer so the plan is to 3d print most of the items. I started making some smaller scale prints and just finished printing the main pieces for the prototype that fits my sons head. Movie accuracy isn't that too important for me since it's just for me any my son. Anyone have any recommendations for a good visor? I know of t-visor, but not sure they will fit the smaller helmet. Next step is to print one out that will fit me.

You can buy a 8.5x15" polycarbonate dark green visor on ebay, runs about $20usd. Looks like a fun project!

Thanks guys! Here is my progress. Did a quick coat of paint and cup up a sun visor. I'm actually really happy with the results so far!
