Well, looks like I'll have more time to finish my build

Was really hoping to attend san diego comic con this year. I haven't gone since about 2009.
Wanted to finish my build by July and go as fett..but like many others I couldn't get tickets today : [

Sorry to hear you didn't have luck, took me three years before I was finally able to get tickets myself. Just gives you more time to perfect your outfit, much better to be satisfied with your suit instead of feeling rushed and trooping in something not fully up to your standards. More time to prepare and maybe even work on a second costume!

yeah you're right. I'm from SD and used to go to the event all the time. It wasn't always such a big deal and was pretty easy to get badges. Now it's so hard.
talking to a friend of mine that works there and I might be able to score a badge after all but we'll see.
