Best Armor?

Ok, I'm in the market for a set of armor...So what does every1 reccommed?

Making ur own or buyin a set? and which set from what maker?

What type of material? Sintra, polystyrene, or fiberglass? What material is lighter or thinner, easier to work with, etc..?

I dont wanna buy something I'm not sure of and have to replace it again and again.

Opinions vary but I like fiberglass, the rounded egdes and toughness of the meterial is what I like most about it.

I like fiberglass too(it's what I make it from ), but I must say that Seeker has done some amazing work with sintra. The thing is though, he made forms to mold it over.

From everything we can tell, the real chest armor was vacuuformed. Whether it was ABS or styrene I am not sure.
