Custom Mandalorian Build for Star Wars Celebration

Hey guys!

A few of my buddies and I at going to stat wars celebration this year and id like to have my first Mando build done. I'm in the US Army and I wont be home till mid march leaving me around 2 weeks to build. I'll post updates and pictures here when I get the chance but duty calls and I'm don't have a lot of time to do it till I return home. This needs to be done right the first time so id like some advice on materials and do's/don'ts on the armor and weapons.
