So my friend Bacca9 over on the RPF has been working on her Wookiee Gungi costume, and has been doing everything from scratch. It's amazing!


Fishnet suit and all the hair is threaded in.



Made the entire mask after moulding her head and teeth so she could add on the fangs, and then started adding the hair!



That's a lot of dedication and this thing looks awesome!!!

Alright so she got back to me and here is what she posted. "synthetic Kanekalon braid. Basically, weave hair." Hope that helps.

Thanks, y'all. It's been a learning experience. I've been experimenting with new materials (save for the hair, that's the same as my Chewie). He's getting a haircut on the eighth, which will hopefully thin him out significantly (he's a bit fluffy at the moment)

That looks incredible! The proportions make it look like a youngling. And I loved the lil' Jedi story arch in Clone Wars!

Edit: I'd love to know if you've created or are thinking about doing his awesome wooden saber!
