Looking for a smaller HiC

I'm looking to see if anyone would be able to do a smaller HiC.
My kiddo will be getting ready for Pinewood Derby race for Cub Scouts and he wants a Star Wars theme car this year. We talked and a Han in Carbonite would be awesome to do. I don't know if anyone would be able to 3d print one or whatever. I'm trying to get one that wouldn't cost an ungodly amount. Size would need to be 7" or shorter and (on a smaller size) 1 3/4" wide. I could get fenders for it to go 2" wide.
If anyone can help please let me know!
