Anyone know how to make holsters without sewing the leather? Also do you know how to permanently hold the shape of the leather? I remember seeing a thread but now I can't find it. Thanks guys.

Try this one. Some little tools you'd need like the punches and adhesives. leather weld would probably work fine without stitching, but if you do the two there's no doubt.
