Fiberglass?

I'm doing a scratchbuild helmet out of cardboard and I want to fiberglass it. Where do I put the fiberglass, on the inside or outside of the helmet? I haven't seen any tutorials covering fiberglassing so I just want to ask to be sure. It may be a dumb question, but I'm new to it all.

You want to fiberglass the inside.

You can cover the outside with the fiberglass resin (without the mat/cloth) in order to strengthen it.

Alright, thanks! What do you think about doing the outside? I was going to follow this tutorial: Tutorial: Scratch Build Helmet - Start to Finish by Ori Cabur , but it didn't seem right to put it on the outside.

If you are using WOF"s templates like most of us use. Its personal choice as to what medium you want to use to cover and fill the template lines.
