Hello everyone, i´m in the way to collect my own Boba Fett custom, i have the gauntlets from UK, and soon the helmet, but i need to save money and i wish to know HOW i can use the SINTRA to make my chestplate, etc with all the holes and battle damage seen in the movies.

Thank you very much.

PD: Which are the colors of the chestplate, collar, backplate, etc

You can start here for the templates. You can use either WOF's or Rafal's templates. Both are excellent. Rafal also has color templates for each specific Boba Fett.

I would recommend using 4 mm thick (.157"). It is a nice thickness to work with & will give your armor depth. You can use a heat gun to heat it up for forming, boiling water, or even an oven (but be cautious). Sintra is light weight & easy to cut. You will have to do some searching where to get it though. Here is a thread that covers where to get sintra.

Hope this helps some.
