Oh ok..i never checked those pics for reference...you may be right there. I do know though that it was darker, they may have faded?..hm dunno...either way they look great bro, natural looking weathering, nice job!

I just looked in the gallery in the AOSW section and the boots look like they are darker in the middle section. What pics did ya use?

No worries at all Lou. I guess i don't like it when guys black out the stripe and the boots are too dark than the originals. These I feel are more accurate. I could mist the center a little more and it wouldn't hurt.

I ended up messing with these boots even more. Now they are done. I added the silver scratches and damage on the tube stripes.
