Hi,
I'm currently working on a 3D model of the belt. I discovered Sketchup few days ago. It was the first time i used it. This is a first try with a pouch .

I hope to make an entire belt and attach the file with others documents.

Not to add to the workload of the amazing stuff going on here, but I wonder if it would be worth it to include a 3D-printable file for the block/shell to wrap the ammo pouch material in for those of us who might want to take a crack at making their own belt...

I hope i understand what you said (my english is sometimes approximate). I will post patterns for the layer around the block with documents in section 2 ( making a pouch).For those who are interested, i will post my sketchup file.
Some pics of the finished belt.
I will change documents in post #1 with pics of the 3D belt.

New version of the ESB belt (with Rafalfett measurements). More detailed views.
Add link to the sketchup file at the end.
Seems to be the final version
