New Hunter
I'm a new guy to this site. What better way to start off than with a build. I started on my Bucket using Firefeks pep file. I was going to do a full blown sculpt but thats a TON of clay. I pepped this helm about 15mm smaller so its 315mmx245mmx245mm. I plan on sculpting the remaining depth to get more accuracy and detail.

Well i ditched the first helmet. I didnt like the overall shape of it. I might use it for a made up Mandalorian. I decided to use Wizard of Flights templates using cardstock. I then used 3ds max to model the "face" and load it in Pepakura viewer. Then cut out the cheek area and attached the pep Face. This is how it turned out. In my opinion it looks hella better than the first

Then it was off to Sports Authority to get a dome base. I chose an Easton catchers helmet. its a multi purpose helmet for catchers umps and batting

Then i cut it into quarters and attached it using WoF Dome base. With a little filler and styrene i comensed to shaping and attaching it to the helmet. This is where im at so far

Wondering what size track you used for your T-Track? It looks like O-Gauge but I have not been able to find anything thats the right size/shape at my local shops.
