I got an order for some PP1 utility pouches so while I was looking at pics to get a fabric color I noticed the sections that loop over the belt were a different color than the pouch. It seems to be the same fabric as the cape or shelter half scraps. Here are a few pics.
Yes they should be a bit more green. They have to be made from the shelter half but I was lucky to find some scraps under my cutting table. I'm ordering a bulk box of shelter halves and I'll keep the best scraps for more pouches.
