Alright here we have it one of ASOK's CC FP Budget lids. Great lid and everything is all molded on so there is nothing to attach except for the right ear cap. This will be your standard ESB paint up except that a few of my usual steps will be switched up.
So to start I have trimmed all the flashing off the lid and trimmed out the visor as well as getting it mounted. I also attached the right ear cap with earth magnets for easy removal in case there is ever a need to automate the range finder. Once that was done it came time buff out the CC and man that was fun especially since most of this week it has been in the high 80's at night not to mention that this is the first CC lid I have done. In all I think it turned out good and I will now spend the next couple of days masking out all the silver damage so that I can apply my primer coat and start with the rest of the colors.
Here are a few quick pics and more to follow in a few days.
