I don't think the Canadian division can ship to the US. Your best bet is eBay, since you can always
find at least one of these units if you search "fett voice amp" at any given time. Take a look now.

I won one on ebay just after this post. I was hoping to get one at a lower price but I looks like they will not ship to the US.
