What should I use for the visor?

I'm just curious what I should use for the visor? some people tell me tinted plastic, others tell me window tint. I ask the color, some say dark green, some say black.

So I decided to come to the professionals about making a Boba Fett helmet. So, from what you guys used, what's the best?

#5 welding visor cut to fit.

It is a green tint to it but it looks black from the outside. See if you have an Airgas or similar welding store near you and you can pick one up for about 15 bucks (US), then just cut it to fit and you are set.
